I want to support my friend Silvia’s challenge, so I will write an article today. I appreciate your cooperation.
She is a victim of the Central Italy Earthquake (a 2016 earthquake near Amatrice) and lives in the city of Ussita. She lost her home in the earthquake and lives in temporary housing. Although the title says Farmer, she is an allevatrice breeder of Sopravissana, a famous sheep in central Italy. Sopravissana means Sopra + Visso, that is, it is made on Visso (the name of the area not far from Ussita).
Now, let me translate the contents of crowdfunding.
My name is Silvia Bonomi. This crowdfunding started to live as a dignified human being and continue her work. The October 26, 2016 earthquake caused me to lose my home, which was also used as a farm. With that home, I lost not only my childhood memories but also my hope for work.
(Since it will be long from here onward, I will omit it.)
She lives in a temporary housing called Mapre. It’s made faster than SAE, but it’s pretty tough to get past the cold winters of Ussita, which is as cold as 10 degrees below zero, not to mention snow. In fact, the power supply to my home is not stable and I have been hit by power outages many times. I really cry when I think of her hardships, having spent 17 hours in a snowy village without electricity.
Crowdfunding with the title “Help me come back” is available here.

Thank you for your support and sharing on SNS. If you have a message for her, I will accept it on your behalf. Please contact me if you need.
