Hey, how’s your day? I know, it’s not easy, you are struggling for your life and for your happiness – I know, you can’t imagine what “happiness” means, but every one of us wants to be happy, and we deserve that.

Having suicidal thoughts is so awful, you think that you can’t handle this terrible feeling. You’re in darkness, you feel like you’re alone and no one helps you….. It hurts, really, it really hurts.

The urge (suicidal thoughts) doesn’t last forever. So, take hot milk or tisane (if you’re in Italy). See what time it is, you must endure this 30 minutes, okay? Not for me (Honoka) but for you, you need to live, for who you were yesterday and you endured this pain not only for this time, You did that. Repeat: YOU did that. These minutes seem as if it lasts forever, but they won’t. Only 30 minutes. The brain needs to relax. Tisane helps.

If you have medicine, take it.

If you can endure the first 5 minutes, you deserve a treat. Prepare hot chocolate or chocolate itself, because the brain needs to have energy: not to die, but to survive and to live your life.

It passes 15 minutes, awesome! You’re doing well! Now you must take some water. You need that to calm down.

It passed 30 minutes. You did it!!! I’m proud of you. Now you must take a meal – spaghetti, pizza, sweets or something else – it’s up to you! It must be so delicious!

Why you must eat if you have suicidal thoughts and if you think you can’t make this night!

We have only 2 options: to fight or to freeze. You have to fight for your life and for your future. To move forward, you need to have some energy: food. So, if you’re having these negative thoughts, you must eat, and you must EAT WELL.
